This boutique development consists of a basement carpark for 72 cars together with ground floor commercial suites consisting of 3 separate buildings with commercial suites for Blocks A & B whilst Block C consists of a large Child Care Facility as well as 37 1, 2 & 3 bedroom apartments across all 3 buildings.
This additions and alterations project visualizes an old community landmark formerly the Glasgow Arms Hotel and sees it repurposed to serve the community as a child care facility. The exterior facade has been rejuvenated to compliment the new function and external playgrounds and carpark have been created within the existing property footprint.
We are currently working on this facility at Salt Ash and we are installing new above ground diesel storage cell as well as installing new diesel / adblue fuel pumps under a new awning structure and also widening the driveway for the truck entry off the eastern side entry adjacent to the Salt Ash School.

Demolish an old building and construct a small inner city complex comprising of 8 affordable housing units plus a small commercial office / retail space & double garage area all within a 195m2 parcel of land in an older inner city suburb. These units were especially designed & constructed for sale to Compass Housing which especially caters for affordable housing needs within the public domain.
Four unit commercial complex comprising of 3 commercial workshop areas & 1 x 2 storey corporate office unit at the front of the complex. Complete with 20 car parking spaces (including disabled). The building is serviced by way of a common driveway & the 3 workshop areas at the rear of the complex are all north facing.
Re‐build a modern motor cycle showroom, spare parts storage facility & workshop after the existing building (former Weston’s biscuit factory) was destroyed by fire. The site was complicated by the nature of trying to construct this new facility within an area that has many other operational businesses & the rear wall was on the boundary of this property.

Construct a state of the art ultra‐modern motor cycle showroom which comprises of extending the original dilapidated industrial shed that was approx. 40 years old plus construct a new 2 story glazed cube at the front of the existing shed to create this new facility unlike no other within the Hunter area.
Demolish existing used car sales building & construct a new ultra‐modern small boutique car sales showroom & offices within the constraints of an existing and busy operational car yard.
Demolish existing new car sales & administration building & construct a new state of the art modern car sales showroom & offices with extensive use of full height glazing (4m to 6‐5m) to 3 of the 4 walls of the new showroom within the constraints of an existing and very busy operational car yard.
Demolish part of an existing commercial building that was being used as a mechanical workshop & construct a new ultra‐modern small boutique car sales showroom & offices that was under very stringent control of the European based manufacturer.
Fit out an existing commercial suite that was a bare shell of 169m2 & create a specialized dental surgery / consultation suite. This project involved construction of approx. 50 percent of the floor space being for Administration / Reception areas whilst the remaining 50% is for surgery / consultation rooms as well as specialized ‘X’ Ray room , medical prep area & sterilization area as well as staff facilities.
The construction of a state of the art ultra‐modern corporate office which comprises of a basement car park area, a 2 storey store room facility at the rear of the complex, large ground floor level retail shop area & a large first floor level corporate office area.
Extend existing Bulky Goods / Retail shopping complex with 1465m2 retail shop for Nick Scali Furniture as well as a small coffee shop / kiosk on the opposite side of the site. This site fronts the New England Highway at Rutherford & therefore had to exactly marry in with the existing complex that was constructed approx. 8 years earlier. These works for carried out as a Design & Construct tender for Sentinel Property Group which is based in Brisbane, Queensland.
