Project Description

This development consists of 52 strata titled retirement units complete with community centre and swimming pool.

Work Completed

Units were completed in stages as listed below:

Stage 1 (18 units completed)
Stage 2 (18 units along with the swimming pool and community centre
completed)
Stage 3 ( 16 units completed)

In addition to the units, widening of Warners Bay Road, high voltage electrical works as well as all infrastructure and all other services required to support the subdivision of the entire complex have been completed.
